NIG assist potential franchisees to ensure they are fully in the picture prior to parting with their hard earned money. On request they will:

• Trace existing and previous franchisees of the company in question who will be interviewed to establish details relating to turnover and satisfaction levels with the franchisor.
• Trace previous customers where applicable and measure their satisfaction levels with the product/ service they paid for.
• Consult financial records of the franchisor as well as existing and previous franchisees to provide a true reflection of earning potential.
